A User seeking investment opportunities, business partnerships, or market insights on the Platform.
"Supplier"
A business entity offering products, services, or partnership opportunities on the Platform.
"Content"
Any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Platform.
"Services"
All features, functionality, and services provided through the Platform, including but not limited to business matching, market analytics, and networking tools.
"Agreement"
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other referenced documents.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

IMPORTANT: If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform.

Eligibility and Registration

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Account Security
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your account. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Accuracy of Information
Ensuring all information provided is accurate, truthful, and kept up-to-date. Providing false information may result in immediate termination.
Compliance with Laws
Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of the Platform.
Notification of Breach
Immediately notifying us of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account at info@easeehub.com.

SECURITY WARNING: We will never ask for your password via email or phone. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Enable two-factor authentication for added security.

Africa Business Hub provides a digital platform connecting global investors with African business opportunities. Our services include:

Verified listings of investment opportunities, projects, and business partnerships.

DISCLAIMER: We are a platform facilitator, not a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. We do not provide investment advice, make recommendations, or guarantee returns. All investment decisions are made at your own risk.

5.1 Service Limitations

Our Platform has certain limitations:

  • We do not verify the accuracy of all user-submitted content
  • We do not guarantee the success of any business transaction
  • We are not party to any agreements between users
  • Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
  • Access may be limited based on geographic restrictions

Fees and Payments

6.1 Fee Structure

6.3 Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions:

Billing Cycle
Monthly or annual billing as selected during registration. Auto-renewal is enabled by default.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Price Changes
We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

User Content and Conduct

7.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

PROHIBITED CONTENT: You may not submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, threatening, infringing, spam, or contains viruses/malware.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Spread malware or engage in hacking
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Interfere with Platform operations
  • Scrape or collect user data without consent
  • Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes

7.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

Review Content
Monitor, review, and moderate all user content for compliance with these Terms.
Remove Content
Remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
Report Violations
Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities and cooperate with investigations.

Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform IP

The Platform and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, displays, images, video, and design) are owned by Africa Business Hub Ltd., its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

LICENSE GRANT: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.2 Trademarks

The EÄSE E-Hub name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Africa Business Hub Ltd. or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8.3 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at info@easeehub.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• URL of the infringing material
• Statement of good faith belief
• Statement under penalty of perjury
• Your electronic signature

Termination

9.1 Your Rights

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Using the account deletion feature in settings
  • Contacting our support team
  • Ceasing use of the Platform

9.2 Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform:

All fees owed become immediately due and payable. No refunds for prepaid periods.
Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability: That the Platform will meet your requirements
  • Fitness for Purpose: That the Platform is suitable for any particular purpose
  • Accuracy: That content on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current
  • Non-infringement: That the Platform will not infringe third-party rights
  • Operation: That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Security: That the Platform is free from viruses or harmful components

  • Guarantee returns or profits
  • Verify all user information
  • Assume responsibility for investment outcomes
  • Act as a broker or financial advisor

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for:

• The availability or accuracy of such websites/resources
• The content, products, or services on or available from them
• Any transactions or dealings you have with third parties
• Any damage or loss caused by third-party content

Limitation of Liability

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AFRICA BUSINESS HUB LTD., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

11.1 Cap on Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
  • One Hundred United States Dollars (USD $100)

11.2 Exclusions

These limitations do not apply to:

Personal Injury
Death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Fraud
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Legal Rights
Any matter where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

ESSENTIAL PURPOSE: These limitations are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between you and Africa Business Hub Ltd.. The Platform would not be provided without such limitations.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Africa Business Hub Ltd., its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your user content
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Your interactions with other users
  • Any investment decisions or transactions

DEFENSE OBLIGATION: We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.

Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@easeehub.com. We will try to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

ARBITRATION: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Governing Law

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

📜 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

⚖️ Jurisdiction

For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.

🌍 International Users

The Platform is controlled from Kenya. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in other locations.

📋 Compliance

You are responsible for compliance with local laws if you access the Platform from outside Kenya.

EU CONSUMERS: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions.

Changes to Terms

15.1 Modification Rights

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by other means.

15.2 Notice Period

For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15.3 Your Options

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must:

Stop using the Platform before the changes take effect.
Cancel Account
Terminate your account in accordance with Section 9.
Contact Us
Express your concerns to us for consideration.

NO RETROACTIVE CHANGES: Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than 14 days after they are posted, except for changes addressing new functions or made for legal reasons, which will be effective immediately.
